Everything on this website is general information about our clinic and treatments. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it doesn't replace a consultation. No doctor-patient relationship exists until you have had a consultation with Dr. Mirza Arif Baig. The same applies to replies from our automatic WhatsApp assistant, which only helps with appointments and general questions.

Don't use the booking form or WhatsApp for an emergency. If you have a medical emergency, call 1122 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when the clinic confirms a time with you on WhatsApp or by phone. Please give accurate details and let us know if you can't come.

By booking you agree to our Privacy Policy, including how we keep patient records, recognise existing patients on the doctor's phone and add appointments to the doctor's calendar.

Every patient is different. Photos, videos and stories on this site show individual cases, shared with consent, and are not a promise or guarantee of any result. The doctor will discuss realistic outcomes, risks and alternatives with you in person.

The text, photos, videos, logo and design of this website belong to Advance Cosmo & Plastic Surgical Art or are used with permission. You may share links and view the content for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. Patient images must never be copied or reused.

Please don't misuse the website: no false or someone else's details in the booking form, no spam or automated requests, no attempts to break into or overload our systems, and nothing unlawful, abusive or harmful.

We link to WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other sites. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee it is always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website's general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for medical care you receive from us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Multan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
